ULTRASHOT 3 WARRANTY

We know that the outsole durability of any tennis shoe varies on the frequency of play, court surface, and style of play.

If your pair of Ultrashot 3 shoes meets the following conditions, please Contact Us with your name and claim information, including photos of the original proof of purchase, area with the hole as well as a picture of the tag on the back of the tounge.

This guarantee applies only to Ultrashot 3 shoes sold at retail stores within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, or purchased through www.kswiss.com by customers with delivery addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

TEAM K-SWISS, selected promo codes, and discounted shoes are excluded from Ultrashot guarantee program. Samples do not qualify .

To qualify for guarantee, you must submit a claim to K-Swiss within 180 calendar days of date of purchase. The outsole of your Ultrashot 3 shoe must have a hole in it through which the upper material of the shoe is visible. This wear must have resulted exclusively from playing tennis, paddle tennis, or pickleball. Only one claim per purchase.

Exposure of different colors of rubber or the midsole does not qualify for this guarantee, unless upper material is visible through the wear hole. The upper and midsole of the Ultrashot 3 are not covered by the guarantee. The warranty does not apply if the shoe has been abused or mishandled.

After confirmation that the shoes qualifies under the guarantee, K-Swiss Customer Relations K-Swiss Customer Relations will create and email you a promo code that you will use to place your replacement order on K-Swiss.com. This promo code will be valid for 6-months.

A $10.00 fee plus state applicable tax will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs at the time the replacement order is entered.

K-Swiss available inventory may vary at the time of approval and no alternative styles are allowed. Limit one claim per purchaser per pair of Ultrashot 3 shoes. The warranty claim replacements are final sale.

K-Swiss reserves the right to have the shoes shipped back to us for further inspection at the discretion of the Customer Relations Department, if need be.

This is the entire warranty program and process for the Ultrashot 3 shoe. No other warranty, express or implied shall apply except as expressly stated above.
