IT Helpdesk Technician

The helpdesk tech provides assistance to cloud providers, manages desktop hardware, break fix, implementation, imaging, and tracking new technology efforts in addition to being a senior technical resource. The client technologies include desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, mobile devices and software. The Helpdesk Tech also provides software packages for client technologies such as anti-virus, Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple OS, Linux, specialized company software packaging, and software distribution. The Senior systems admin works with the Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure to define corporate standards of software and hardware deployments.

  1. Provide assistance to Cloud providers to maintain servers, networks, applications, and backup processes.
    1. Maintain Cloud Infrastructure as a service and Co Location
    2. Enable cloud service providers to meet KPI’s outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    3. Implement and maintain PCI compliance and all network security to protect the data of the company.<
  2. SCCM: Create and develop application packages for all applications using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Visual Basic scripting and other technologies as needed.
  3. Insure that the following tasks are completed:
    1. APPS: Work with application development teams to integrate internally developed applications into the desktop and server builds. Additionally, work with application development team to package and test periodic updates to applications.
    2. WDS: Maintain desktops as they apply to different lines of business and job functions. Maintain standard base Windows images for desktops.
    3. WSUS: Evaluate and recommend Microsoft patches for deployment to desktops. Package and test all patches. Work with Windows group to roll out patches to Production server environment.
    4. APPLE OSX: Create system images for ALL Apple computer systems within KSGB. Deploy packages and provide Remote Support via Apple Remote Desktop.
    5. NEW EMPLOYEE HIRES & TERMINATIONS: Execute CAR (Computer Access Request) forms, Termination Forms, Account Creation Requests, Account Disable Requests, New User Letters, and initial training on system and server usage for new employees.
    6. ACTIVE DIRECTORY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Create, disable, delete, and modify AD accounts for all company employees while managing security permissions and groups for all company employees.
    7. HELP DESK SUPPORT: Provide senior level Tier 1 troubleshooting for application issues as they apply to packaging and integration to the desktop and server builds.     8. OFFICE 365: Create, remove, and modify Office 365 accounts for all company employees while managing permissions for access to email accounts, EMS and Postini systems.

    10. ASSET TRACKING: Keep track of all KSGB assets using IT database and cross reference assets using AD.
    11. Policy-Implements gpo updates as needed.
    12. Trains and on-boards new employees re: IT procedures.

Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Position Objective

Lead the planning department including demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, and master data. Collaborate with overseas supply chain team to adhere to best practice supply chain processes combined with strong local business acumen. Work closely with product, merchandising, and sales to build annual production plans, improve planning analytics, and develop a strong data driven team.

Merchandising Manager

The Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving profitable and relevant product assortments that will bring to life the K-Swiss brand and product vision in the marketplace. The position requires merchandising core competencies around consumer understanding, assortment planning and go-to market process for all of the brands Footwear products – requiring a strong understanding of both Sport and Lifestyle market segments and strong communication abilities to balance market needs and feedback with global strategy and direction.

In addition, this person is the key liaison between Sales and Product, as such regional needs must be identified to the Product team as part of the briefing stage in the product calendar as well as during the season to initiate relevant QTM projects to fill any Gap between top line revenue and product forecasts. This person is tasked with producing both sell in and sell out data to the Product Team after each cut off date and seasonal buy.

The Social Media Manager works as part of the K-Swiss global marketing team, and manages the voice, tone, aesthetic and content on all K-Swiss social channels, with the goal to grow the base and maximize engagement by developing an all-encompassing social strategy.
