The ST429 mashes up the bottom of the ST329, which was K-Swiss’ original tennis training shoe, with the upper of the Endorsement, which was the brand’s performance tennis shoe introduced in the Nineties. Born from the company’s 7.0 series, the groundbreaking design pays tribute to the sport’s competitive ranking system, which marks a beginner player at level 1 and a professional athlete at 7. The shoe brings elite status and advanced style, in a prelude to other innovative designs soon to be released by K-Swiss.
In neon hues of yellow, blue and coral, the sneaker evokes the bright colors that light up California at night. The bold look is amplified by vivid colorblocking and ombré shading. In a nod to its heritage, K-Swiss modifies its signature five stripes in leather overlays that also offer stability.
The ST platform provides stability, cushioning and durability. Built to last, the sneaker is crafted with a crystal gradient rubber outsole that not only adds an eye-catching detail but also provides a sturdy, durable tread. The Shock Spring cushioned midsole and full-length premium EVA footbed and strobel board enhance the cushioning for maximum comfort. The technical closed cell mesh integrated into the quarter and tongue maximizes breathability for the feet.
